How Much Is Delivery?
Dispatching Orders
We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days after receipt of an order. During peak and promotional times, please allow 2 extra business days for dispatch.
We use Australia Post for our orders. We reserve the right to use an alternative carrier from time to time.
We automatically upgrade your order to free shipping if it is over $130.
Orders below $130 in value will be charged a flat rate at the checkout of $10.95 (inclusive of GST)
Express Shipping: $16.00 Please allow 1-4 days for delivery.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

How Long Will Delivery Take?
Orders are packed daily and generally shipped within 24 hours.
Express delivery is usually:
1-2 days within NSW, 2-3 days to Qld, Vic, SA, 2-5 days for WA, SA and NT
Standard delivery is usually
2-3 days within NSW, 2-4 days to Qld, Vic, SA, 2-5 days for WA, SA and NT
Delivery delays can occasionally occur and are beyond our control.

How Do I Track My Order On-line?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email from Starshipit with tracking information so you can keep a close eye on your package.
Do You Ship Internationally?
At this stage Sage Wellbeing only ships to Australia and New Zealand.
Shipping charges are calculated at the checkout.
Customs, Duties and Taxes:
Sage Wellbeing Co is not responsible for any customs, duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

The Item I Wanted Is Sold Out. Can You Notify Me When It Is Re-stocked?
To add yourself to the waitlist of a sold out item, go to the product page and click ADD TO WAITLIST. Enter your email below where it says “Add to waitlist to be notified when it is back in stock,”then click on the ADD TO WAITLIST a second time. If the item comes back in stock, we will send you an email letting you know.

We are passionate about knowledge and love to share our learnings with you. Periodically, we will also send emails letting you know about sales, new product and brand launches,. We also, occasionally, send personalised notes to make it easier for you to revisit products you have browsed or check out seamlessly.

If the newsletter lands in your spam folder or junk folder, you will need to find it and mark that it is not spam. If you are a Gmail user, check your Promotions tab. Gmail has updated its inbox layout, and your goop email may be landing there—to move it to your main inbox, simply drag the message from Promotions.
