Serving Suggestion

Add 8 drops to 1 cup (250ml) of purified water, 3 times daily. May be taken with or without meals. Drops may also be added to a water bottle and sipped throughout the day, or added to juice. Do not add to hot beverages.

First time users: Start with 2–5 drops, 3 times daily, and increase gradually to the suggested amount.
