1. Spikey Side (Unblock)

Start on bare, dry skin. Always stroke towards the heart.

Chest – Begin at the chest using gentle strokes moving towards the heart. This helps unblock the lymph nodes and allows circulation to flow through.
Arms – Stroke from wrists up to shoulders.
Stomach – Use a clockwise circular motion around the belly.
Back – Stroke from back to front.
Legs – Start at the ankles and stoke all the way up to the thighs.
Spend a few extra minutes on any areas that feel like they need more attention. The spikey side works to unblock your lymph nodes, opening up the pathways so circulation can flow freely.

2. Ball Side (Moves Lymph + Fluid)

Apply your favourite lymphatic cream or magnesium oil directly onto the skin. Then repeat the same process using the ball side of the gloves:

Chest → Arms → Stomach (clockwise) → Back → Legs (ankles to thighs)

Now that your lymph nodes are unblocked, the ball side helps move the fluid through your system, flushing it out and carrying away the buildup.

That's the dual action - unblock first, then flush.


Start once a day for the first 3–5 days. Check how your body feels. If all good, move to twice daily: Once in the morning and then once at night. Make sure to follow the Chelsey Jean Lymphatic Sequence.

Why use magnets in the gloves?

Magnets have helped me with pain throughout my life, I use them in mattress bed toppers and also on my car seat when I had the sciatic pain.

What makes the gloves more powerful compared to that of a standard dry body brush? Aside from the magnets, the idea of using the spiky side of the gloves for dry skin brushing and soft touch stimulation is that it prepares the body and stimulates the myelinated nerve endings.

These are the slow-moving nerves and the lymphatic vessels that are close to the surface of the skin. This will prepare the body for the deeper push with the magnetic balls and also creates the first lymphatic flush of the body.

The magnetic roller balls then go to the perfect depth, use them before and after sport for function and recovery, as the lymphatics come to the surface but we also need a deeper movement which we achieved by a fast self lymphatic massage.
