This product contains a Vegetable Glycerine, Distilled Water and Ethanol (2%) suspension.
Directions for Use:
Draw 1.5ml of CHILL and place under tongue. Let the solution sit for approx. 30 seconds before swallowing.
Recommended Daily Intake:
One serve daily.

How to Consume:
First thing in the morning or before bed.
